Request a return within 30 days

Email sales@oaluxx.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, product name and reason for the request. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with included accessories.
• Final-sale items are not eligible for returns.
• Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

This is a return policy for eligible unused items, not a trial of used products.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us with your order number and details. For an item that arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds & exchanges

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Returns are processed within 3–4 business days after receipt; your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Contact us if you prefer an exchange.

Items returned in an unsellable condition may receive a partial refund or be ineligible for a refund. See your return instructions before shipping.
