YOUR DIGITAL MOVEMENT GUIDE
Start here: four band movements + two stretches
This online guide is separate from the information card included with your set. The short loops are used for the first four movements. The two cool-down stretches are performed without a band.

Before you begin
Warm up with easy movement. Inspect each band for tears or damage. Start with the lightest comfortable resistance, use a non-slip surface and move slowly. Keep bands away from your face; do not stretch them to their limit. This set contains natural latex.
1. Seated hip opening — with band
Sit tall on a sturdy chair, feet on the floor. Place the loop around your thighs above your knees. Ease your knees apart, then return with control.
2. Side steps — with band
Place the loop above both knees. Soften your knees and take a short step sideways. Bring the other foot toward it without snapping the band back. Repeat in both directions.
3. Clamshell — with band
Lie on your side with knees bent and the loop above them. Keep your feet together and hips stacked as you lift the upper knee a little. Lower slowly, then switch sides.
4. Glute bridge — with band
Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat and loop above the knees. Lift your hips without arching your lower back. Keep knees in line with feet, then lower gently.
Try a few comfortable repetitions first. Rest between movements and reduce the resistance or range if you cannot stay in control.
5. Calf stretch — no band
Face a wall with hands resting on it. Step one foot back; keep that knee straight and heel down while bending the front knee gently. Hold a mild stretch for 15–20 seconds; switch legs. Do not bounce.
6. Seated hamstring stretch — no band
Sit near the front of a sturdy chair. Extend one heel forward with toes up, keeping the other foot flat. With your back comfortably straight, lean forward from the hips until you feel a mild stretch behind the thigh. Hold 15–20 seconds; switch legs.
Comfort comes first: stop if you feel pain. This is general exercise guidance, not a personalized rehabilitation plan. If you have an injury or medical condition, or are pregnant, ask a qualified healthcare professional which movements suit you.
